Category Rules

FLOOR ARTIST

  • Students x 10 place

  • Instructor/Paid performer x 10 places

This category is all about your artistry on the floor. You will be marked on your creativity, execution and ability to tell a story.

  • Video must be no longer than 3 minutes long

  • Your entry must showcase a story or theme - get creative!

  • Can be filmed inside or outside (please bare in mind social distancing rules)

  • Props allowed - excluding human props

  • Can be any style (contemporary/comedy/jazz etc) - for exotic please see Exotic Floor artist category)

  • No pole allowed

EXOTIC FLOOR ARTIST

  • Students x 10 places

  • Instructor/Paid performer x 10 places

This category is for exotic artists showcasing the various style of exotic artistry on the floor. You will be marked on your creativity as well as and technique and execution.

  • Video must be no longer than 3 minutes long.

  • Removal of one piece of clothing permitted.

  • Point deductions for any nudity/clothing malfunctions.

  • Can be filmed inside or outside (please bare in mind social distancing rules)

  • Props allowed - excluding human props

  • Can be any style (Russian/classique/stripper etc)

  • No pole allowed

POLE ARTIST

This category is for those lucky enough to have a pole. Whatever your style, showcase your creativity and skills on and around the pole. You will be marked on your creativity as well as and technique and execution.

POLE BEGINNER x10 Places

  • Video must be no longer than 3 minutes long

  • Head must not go below rear in pole moves (excludes floor work)

  • No instructors or paid performers

  • Can use one pole on static or spinny

  • Must show 30 seconds of floor work

 

POLE INTERMEDIATE x10 Places

  • Video must be no longer than 3 minutes long

  • Inversions from floor only - no aerial inverting.

  • 3 points of contact at all times in inverted moves.

  • No instructors or paid performers

  • Can use one pole on static or spinny

  • Must show 30 seconds of floor work

 

POLE ADVANCED x10 Places

  • Video must be no longer than 3 minutes long

  • No moves barred.

  • No instructors or paid performers

  • Can use one pole on static or spinny

  • Must show 30 seconds of floor work

 

POLE PROFESSIONAL x10 Places

  • Video must be no longer than 3 minutes long

  • No moves barred.

  • FOR instructors or paid performers

  • Can use one pole on static or spinny

  • Must show 30 seconds of floor work

 

POLE EXOTIC

Students x 10 places
